This is a successive Bail Application of the Applicant. Earlier, the Application was dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench (Smt. Justice Revati Mohite-Dere) by its order dated 11.4.2017 by granting the Applicant liberty to file a fresh Application after a period of six months. It appears that the Applicant instead of filing a fresh Application before the trial Court, at the first instance has directly filed the present Application.

In view thereof, the Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court as the said period of six months has now come to an end.

Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J)
