Offence claimed is under section 354, 509 of IPC read with 67 of the Information Technology Act.

Learned APP pointed out that public time and money is lost in investigating into the matter.

Parties jointly state that they will pay a reasonable amount to Respondent No.1. as costs.

In this situation, accepting the joint request made as we find
