Interim Application has been taken out for restoration of Writ Petition No.2206 of 2020 which was dismissed in default in view of non removal of office objections. By order dated 06.04.2022, Applicant was directed to remove the office objections on or before 05.07.2022.

Perused the Interim Application. Admittedly there is delay on the part of the Applicant.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application and in the interest of justice, Writ Petition stands deserved to be restored to file subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to Kirtikar Law 1/2
