Only prayer made in these applications is for directing the District Collector to decide the representations dated 7th July 2014 made by the applicants (the petitioners in the writ petitions). Without going into the question whether the Collector has power to grant reliefs which are prayed for in the said representations dated 7th July 2014, we direct the

caw57group District Collector, Pune, to decide the said representations dated 7th July 2014 if the same are pending till today, as expeditiously as possible.

It is obvious that the District Collector shall give an opportunity of being heard to all concerned parties.

Civil Applications are disposed of with the above directions.
