Thereafter, on 13th December, 2019, 24th December, 2019 and 6th January, 2020, he has been produced through Video Conferencing. Next date scheduled for his appearance is 20th January, 2020. 2.

Letter sent by prisoner shows complaint that he is going through treatment for increased amount of hemoglobin. His grievance is, if he is not provided proper medical treatment, it may result in

These grievances could have been made by him on any of the above dates. However, as grievance appears in a letter sent to this Court, we direct Superintendent, Mumbai Central Prison to verify need of further treatment and to provide it as per law immediately. 4.

With these directions, we dispose of the petition. 5.
