These two civil applications are filed for recall of dismissal orders passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) for non removal of office objections in Civil Application (St.) No.12526 of 2013 and Civil Application (St.) No.12522 of 2013. These latter civil applications were filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent nos. 6 and 9C respectively. For the reasons stated in the civil applications, dismissal orders are recalled and set aside, and Civil Application (St.) No.12526 of 2013 and Civil Application (St.) No.12522 of 2013 are restored to file.

Office objections will now be removed by the applicant within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Civil Applications will stand rejected under Rule 5 of Chapter V of the Appellate Side Rules, 1960 without reference to this Court.
