Heard learned counsel (appointed) and learned APP. Prayer of the prisoner is to allow him to enjoy furlough only on PR bond. 2.

Furlough leave has been sanctioned by order dated 1321/9/2019. He has been asked to deposit Rs.2,000/- as security, to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.2,000/- and also bond of relative in the same amount.

He has been released earlier and reported back on due date. The impugned order does not show adverse police report. 4.

In this situation, if the conditions are onerous, the Authorities can properly modify the same. Relative can also be asked to submit proper undertaking in this respect.

Only to facilitate this exercise we quash the impugned order

Order be communicated to the prisoner in jail. 7.

The petition is disposed of.
