Leave to amend is granted to the applicant to correct the name mentioned in paragraph 8 of the civil application in so far as Vilas Vitthal Deokar is concerned. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the said Ulhas Vitthal Deokar is already on record as party-respondent no.3 in the second appeal and thus he is not required to be impleaded once again. Statement is accepted.

The applicant is granted leave to implead Smt. Gitabai Vitthal Deokar and Ashok Vittal Deokar whose names are disclosed in paragraph 8 of the civil application. Delay in filing the civil application

Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents through their respective advocates and also to be served upon the newly added parties within two weeks from the date of carrying out amendment.
