Perused the Order dated 13th July 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.6877 of 2015 of which the review is sought. It is noted that in the subject matter of this petition, Gaikwad RD 1/2

(4)RPWNo.1502017.odt this Court had passed Orders dated 11/07/2006 and 23/11/2006 in A.O.No.381 of 2006. Therefore, while considering the matter after remand, the learned trial Court to consider both these Orders passed by this Court in A.O.No.381 of 2006.

With this clarification, the Review Petition stands disposed of.
