The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 329 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefore, are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application. The reasons revolve around the time taken to administratively arrive at a decision to file the above First Appeal. 2.

12-1-CA-4234-15.doc No. 1 to 5 opposes the Application, but ultimately, leaves it to this Court. Having regard to the fact that the Applicant/Appellant is the Road Transport Corporation of the State of Andhra Pradesh, the reason mentioned in the above Civil Application can be said to be plausible reason for the delay of 329 days in filing the above First Appeal. Hence, case of condonation of delay is made out. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 329 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. 3.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant to pay costs of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Respondents No. 1 to 5 through Shri. Deshmukh on or before 1st September 2016. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
