Ms.Karnik, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 tenders a copy of the site report dated 13th January, 2016 submitted by the Court Receiver and would submit that the order dated 9th December, 2015 passed by this court has been already complied with by the Court Receiver. Copy of the site report dated 13th January, 2016 is taken on record. Since the Court Receiver has already complied with the order passed by this court, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing any accounts, however on payment of cost, charges and expenses if any, payable to the Court Receiver by the respondents. Court Receiver's office is directed to inform the learned advocate representing the respondent no.2 about the final accounts and if there is any surplus lying with the office of the Court Receiver, the same shall be returned to the respondents. If any amount is due and payable by the respondent no.2, the same shall be paid within two weeks from the date of the such communication to the Court Receiver. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
