The application is taken out for setting aside the operative portion of the order passed by this Court on 03/08/2022, by which the criminal writ petition was allowed and the order of issuance of process dated 27/11/2014 by the Metropolitan Magistrate was quashed and set aside. As a consequence, criminal writ petition and the interim application fled therein stand disposed off.

2/2 21 IA-4110-22.odt Since, the order/judgment is delivered in the criminal writ petition, remedy is available to challenge the same and the Applicant is harping under a wrong impression that it is only for operative portion, which is passed.

In fact, the operative portion of the order is pronounced and the reasons are separately recorded.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the application cannot be entertained and, hence, it is dismissed.
