1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Pawar, Police Inspector, attached to MIDC Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the Police have submitted 'B-Summary Report' on 27th October 2021 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 22nd Court, Andheri, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as Case No.1829/ MISC/2021. That, the learned Magistrate seized of the said report and final Orders on it are awaited.

2) In view thereof, the present Petition for quashing of FIR No.286 of 2017 registered with MIDC Police, Mumbai, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
