After arguing the matter for some time and when the Court was not inclined to consider grant of relief, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, she submits that the applicant be given a week's time to surrender before the investigating officer.

In view the above, Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.2122 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant is permitted to surrender before the investigating officer within one week from today.
