Date : 23 March 2017 P.C. :- On 23 November 2016, the learned counsel for the Applicant had stated that as per his instructions, the matter is settled between the parties and had sought time to take written instructions. The same request is repeated even today. The learned counsel for the Applicants states that he has received telephonic information that the matter is settled, however yet there are no written instructions. From the conduct of the Applicants, it is clear that the Applicants are not interested and the dispute is settled between the parties. Revision Application is accordingly disposed off.
