Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 15th March, 2018. It is submitted that the offence is registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the applicant may be permitted to make fresh application for bail in the event trial does not commence within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order, the applicant is permitted to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court. Bail Application No.2699 of 2018, is disposed of, as withdrawn.
