(i) Criminal Bail Application No.2700 of 2018 is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. I-20 of 2018 registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, on his furnishing the P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount. 1/2

osk 901-ba-2700-2018.odt (iii) The Applicant shall report concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, till further order. (iv) The Applicant is permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.25,000/-, in lieu of surety, for a period of six weeks.
