The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 6-10-2016 passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, by filing appropriate proceedings. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In so far as the challenge to the said order is concerned, needless to state that the contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged before the appropriate court.
