The learned counsel for the petitioners, on the basis of written instructions from the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. She requests that the written instructions be taken on record and also the presence of petitioner no.1 Mr. Kirit Rajesh Patel be recorded. Mr. Patel, who is present in Court, states that he desires to withdraw this petition. He states that

vak wp-10956-2012 petitioner no.2 Smt. Pushpa Rajesh Patel is his mother who also desires to withdraw the petition. Therefore, she has put her thumb impression on the praecipe seeking withdrawal.

In view of the aforesaid, leave granted to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
