Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner sought information from respondents regarding the endorsements made on the file. Same is not given to the petitioner. The petitioner preferred an appeal so also second appeal. The Appellate Authority also did not gave directions to supply said information. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner sought for noting of clerk and superintendent so also Secretary and copy of the judgment of the Court. 2.

The impugned order suggest that the file has been destroyed. The order further suggest that for five years the file has to be preserved. The information sought by the petitioner is of the year 1992.

As the file itself is destroyed, after the mandatory period, it would not be possible to issue further directions in the matter.
