It is brought to my notice that the Petition is fled against an interim order passed by the Industrial Court. The main complaint itself is fnally decided. It will be therefore open for the petitioners to now fle substantive Petition against the fnal order passed by the Industrial Court.

All contentions raised in this Petition are kept open to be agitated if the Corporation fles substantive Petition against the fnal order passed by the Industrial Court.
