This is an application for condonation of delay. Delay is of 17 days for filing the appeal. The notices on this application were issued by this Court. In pursuance to the notice non-applicant No. 1 is appearing through his advocate Shri T.D. Deshmukh who has filed his vakalatnama. Office note shows that non-applicant No. 2 to 5 are duly served on this application. However, nobody is appearing for and on behalf of them.

Though the application is opposed by Shri Deshmukh for the non-applicant No.1, for the reasons stated in the application I am of 1/2
6-CAA-365-17 the view that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Resultantly I allow the application. The delay caused in lodging the appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of. Registry is directed to register the appeal.
