Learned Counsel for Vertices Partners submits that Advocate on record is unable to attend as he has gone for vaccination. 2.

On 7th August, 2021, learned Counsel for the applicant exhibited his inability to submit since the brief was not with him. It was unacceptable, even then, this Court has granted time by extending the interim protection to the applicant. Today, the reason assigned is also not satisfactory. There is no prayer of extension of interim relief.

Investigating Officer Mr. Mahesh Tambe from EOW Branch is present.

Interim protection, therefore, stands vacated. 5.
