The petitioners pray for following relief :

(b) That on perusal of the same and on further hearing the Petitioners, this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondents to take decision on the application of the petitioner submitted on 26/11/2012 for the previous approval of the Government U/s 36A of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code in respect of subject matter property thereby granting the previous approval within the period of four weeks from the date of Order of this Hon'ble Court."

Learned AGP placed on record decision taken by the State Government and communicated on 2/5/2017, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Copy of the said decision is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petition be disposed of with liberty to take appropriate steps in case the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision of the State Government. 4.
