It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation that the suit in question, L.C. Suit No. 5490 of 2004 itself has been disposed of on 24 April, 2020. The order impugned in the present petition assails an order passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court in Chamber Summons No. 849 of 2013 whereby prayers for amendment of the plaint came to be rejected.
