1) After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. The learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions submits that the applicant would surrender before th learned Magistrate on or before 08/03/2017.

2) Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The learned Magistrate shall consider the application on its own merits, without being influenced by the withdrawal of this application. 3) Applicant shall give notice to the police station as well as to the Prosecutor at least 24 hours before he surrenders before the Magistrate.
