2023.09.28 11:34:09 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE with accrued interest deposited in the trial Court be allowed to be withdrawn by the original claimant. The original claimant is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited with the concerned MACT along with accrued interest.

The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited in this Court by the Appellant, be transferred to the concerned MACT, liberty to the claimants to withdraw the same.
