The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Anturkar, in view of the written apology of the Respondent No.3 who is the son of the Petitioner No.4, seeks withdrawal of the above Petition in the light of the written instructions which have been received by the two emails to the Advocate on record Mr. Sugandh Deshmukh. However, the learned Senior Advocate seeks liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court for the relief sought, if the occasion so arises in future. URS

In view of the statement made by the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Anturkar, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court once again if the occasion so arises in future. 3.
The apology letter dated 04/03/2018 as well as the two emails received by Advocate Mr. Sugandh Deshmukh are taken on record and marked 'X' and 'Y' for identification. 4.
The Petitioner No.4 Mr. Ramesh Ghule is personally present in Court. He confirms what the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Anturkar has stated across the bar. He also accepts the factum of the apology which is addressed by his son to him vide letter dated 04/03/2018.
