Through this Petition the Petitioners have claimed various reliefs including their pay scale to be made on the basis of the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission and to re-fix their scales from 2006. They have also claimed for provident fund and pensionary benefits as is made available to them. The Petitioners have also claimed for opening of provident fund account and to pay matching contribution in respect of the

petitioners deduction in such accounts. The Petitioners are also seeking directions to Respondents to give them higher pay scales to them on completion of 12 years and 24 years of services as per the Government Resolution. They have further prayed for supplying them duly authenticated copy of the service books maintained in respect of the Petitioners from the dates of their respective dates of appointments.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties we deem it appropriate to dispose of this Petition by giving the opportunity to the Petitioners to submit their representations in regard to the aforesaid claims before the Respondent No.2 Commissioner of Sports and Youth Services, Pune within 2 weeks from today.

On receipt of such representation the Respondent No.2 Commissioner of Sports and Youth Services, Pune shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioners' claims as may be made in the representations. The consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the decision as may

be taken shall also be given to the Petitioners. Let the entire exercise be completed within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of such representations.

With the above observations the Petition stands disposed of.
