DATE: 31st OCTOBER, 2018 P.C.:- 1] In view of similar orders passed on earlier occasions by Division Bench of this Court, Civil Application is allowed in the following terms.

(31)-CAW-2392-18.doc Counsel for the parties and taking note of the fact that this is the first year examination of the said course, which is of 3 years course we direct the Respondent No.3 University to declare the result of the Petitioner's examination in which she had appeared subject to result of this Petition. It is also made clear that the Petitioner shall not be entitled to claim any equity through this interim order. In case the Petitioner is declared failure in the said examination she be permitted to appear for the repeater's examination subject to the Rules and Regulations applicable. In case, if the Petitioner is found successful in her examination, then she be allowed to attend the classes of the next year course.
