1. BA 2973-2019 .doc aggressively and repeatedly. Corresponding injuries were found and noted by the Autopsy Surgeon, in the postmortem report. As to whether, the applicant had knowledge and intention to cause death, can be ascertained, but only after evidence is led. 3.

Application is rejected.
