DATED : 22nd DECEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State, in our considered opinion this petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 16th October, 2015, a copy of which is annexed at page 31 to the petition, if not already decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision thereafter shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. Ordered accordingly. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all the contentions are kept open. Petitioner's complaint shall be disposed of in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
