Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that by this petition, the original Plaintiffs challenge the order dated 28.08.2015 passed by the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane below Exhibit- 35 in Special Civil Suit No. 67/2015 u/s.9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. He further submits that in view of deletion of section 9A, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
