This civil application is filed by the original petitioner seeking extension of six months' time to vacate the premises allotted to him while in service by the respondent no.1. The applicant is present through his counsel and undertakes to vacate the premises and hand over the same to the respondent no.1 within one week from today without fail. Undertaking is accepted.

If the premises are not vacated by the applicant within one week from today, the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay shall be appointed in respect of the said premises with a direction to evict the applicant immediately from the said premises upon the respondent no.1 approaching the Court Receiver and if necessary, with the assistance of police and to hand over the same to the respondent no.1. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted to vacate the premises.

Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. Parties as well as the Court Receiver to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
