P.C. :- 1). The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 02 of 2014 for offences punishable under Sections 498(a), 406, 506(2) read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code. 2).

The learned APP opposes the application on the ground that, there are serious allegations against the present applicant and as such custodial interrogation is necessary.

Perused the papers available on the record. The complainant has narrated stale instances of the years 2012, 2014 or even of prior

The contents thereof, in my opinion, does not warrant any custodial interrogation. Hence, the following order :- (i) The Bail Application is allowed. In the event of the arrest of the applicants, they be released on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount. (ii) The applicant to attend police station on Monday and Thursday from next week for two consecutive weeks between 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. and thereafter as and when called.

(iii) The applicant not to tamper the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
