Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the land in respect of which the offence is alleged is situated at Murbad, Taluka Murbad, District Thane and Murbad police station is making a preliminary investigation regarding the petitioner's complaint. In these circumstances, there is no question to transfer the investigation to Colaba police station, Mumbai. The petition is without any substance and hence the same is dismissed. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.)
