By this application, the appellant-Insurance Company seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 19th May 2016 passed by the Chairman, M.A.C.T., Sangli in MACP Application No.35 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon is deposited by the Insurance Company in the Trial Court. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

In view of this statement, the said judgment and award is stayed till final hearing of the appeal.

The amount of Rs.25,000/- which is deposited by the appellant in this Court at the time of filing of this Appeal is to be transferred to the MACT, Sangli immediately.
