1] This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by an order dated 5th March 2015 by this Court. The applicant is an accused in C.R.No.5 of 2014 registered with Matunga police station.

2] By an order dated 24th July 2015 passed by this Court, the applicant was directed to be released on bail on certain conditions. One of the condition was that the applicant was to report to the Trial Court on every Monday till disposal of his case. The said condition

YBG appp958-15 was subsequently relaxed by an order dated 5th March 2015 passed by this Court on an application moved by the applicant. This Court while relaxing the condition directed the applicant to report to the court on first Monday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.

3] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the application. The condition imposed by order dated 24th July 2014 was once relaxed on 5th March 2015 on an application moved by the applicant. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the said condition. Application is dismissed. (A.S.GADKARI, J)
