The petitioner submits that a complaint was made to the Collector against respondent no.1 who is sitting up-sarpanch of village Phunde. As the Collector did not pass any order, the petitioner submitted a reminder application to the Collector Raigad on 29th July, 2015. The counsel appearing for the petitioner submits so far the Collector has not looked in to the matter and decided the complaint. Without expressing any opinion, we direct the Collector to deal with the complaint filed
