The Applicant has preferred this application with a prayer to direct the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Greater Bombay to expedite the hearing of Miscellaneous Application No.496 of 2023 in MPID Special Case No.1148 of 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant is 25 year old student and she is desirous of pursuing other studies in the foreign university. She is in need of money. She is the sole beneficiary of the trust and the accounts of the trust are freezed. The application in question is for defreezing of that Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

account and also for lifting attachment upon the property. The grievance of the applicant is that, though the application is filed on 27/03/2023, till today it is not decided. His limited prayer is for directions to decide said application in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that reply to that application is ready and it will be filed on the next date. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the next date is 05.12.2023. Therefore, learned APP, on instructions, states that, on that date the reply will be filed. The statement is recorded and accepted.

In this situation, there will be no difficulty in deciding that application within a reasonable period.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) The prosecuting agency shall file reply in Miscellaneous Application No.496 of 2023 in MPID Special Case No.1148 of 2022 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7,

Greater Bombay, on or before 05.12.2023; with a copy to the applicant.

ii)The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Greater Bombay shall decide said M.A.No.496 of 2023 in MPID Special Case No.1148 of 2022 within one month from 05.12.2023.

iii)The Investigating Officer shall inform the Respondent No.2 i.e. the competent authority of today'

s order immediately, so that, even that party can participate in the early disposal of the said application.

iv)The said application shall be decided by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Greater Bombay, in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned.
