C.:- 1) Mr.Patil, learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation of present case, police have filed 'C Summary Report' in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune on 7th March 2019. He produced a photocopy of the said Summary Report on record.

2) In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of C.R.No.568 of 2018 registered with Kondhwa Police Station, Pune does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
