This is an application for fixing Criminal Revision Application No.548 of 2002 for hearing. The application is pending in this Court since 2002. The revision application is admitted in 2006. It is submitted that the applicant who is the original complainant has preferred the said revision application against the order of acquittal passed by the Sessions Court in proceedings arising out of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
