Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. The Letters Patent Appeal preferred by The Applicants has been dismissed by an order dated 5th October 2016. Perused the prayer clause (b) which is the only substantive prayer in this Application. There is no question of staying the order of dismissal of the Letters Patent Appeal. Hence, the prayer is misconceived. The Application is, accordingly, rejected.
