By an order dated 28.2.2013, the applicant was granted prearrest bail on the condition that he would file an affidavit/undertaking in the Registry of this Court within the stipulated period i.e. one week. Upon failure, the order shall stand revoked without reference to the Court. 3.

On 3.2.2017, the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. A.M.Saraogi had submitted that the applicant had given an undertaking that he would abide by the consent terms, but it appeared that the said undertaking did not form part of the record. As on today, upon enquiry with the Registry, it is learnt that the affidavit/undertaking has not been filed. In view of this, the order dated 28.2.2013 stands revoked. The application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
