This is an application for bail in CR No.118 of 2017 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(f) and 506 (2) of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The complainant is daughter of the applicant. The averments in the FIR indicate that the complainant was sexually assaulted by the applicant/accused. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR was lodged three days after the alleged incident. Applicant is in custody since 28th July, 2017.

3. On perusal of the documents, no case for grant of bail is made out. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in custody for 1/2
