By this civil application, the applicants seek restoration of the Civil Application (St) No.7274 of 2018 which is dismissed by the learned Registrar - Judicial II for non compliance of the office objections by an order dated 1st August,2018. Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. In view of the undertaking, order dated 1st August,2018 passed by the learned Registrar - Judicial II is set aside on the condition that the applicants will remove all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the objections are not removed within the time prescribed, order passed by this court to stand vacated and the order passed by the learned Registrar-Judicial II to stand restored.

The appellant in the first appeal is directed to file compilation of the pleadings, documents and evidence forming part of the record before the concerned M.A.C.T. within four weeks from today. [R.D.DHANUKA, J.]
