Heard Mr. Rahul Kadam, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr Kadam submitted that while disposing of Appeal on 12.8.2004, the learned District Judge directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2004 as the suit is of the year 1997. He, therefore, submitted that the learned trial Judge may be directed to dispose of the suit within a period of three months by conducting trial on day to day basis.

In view of the order dated 12.8.2004 passed by the learned District Judge in Misc. Civil Appeal No.164 of

2/2 WP/1705/2016 2000, the learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31.12.2016. Petition is disposed of.

Order accordingly.
