This is an application for bringing L.Rs. of applicant No.1 Amrut Kisanrao Panhale, since deceased, on record. Applicant No.1 Amrut died on 19.10.2016 leaving behind L.Rs mentioned in paragraph-3 of the application.

Mr. Phatak submitted that the application is filed on 15.11.2016 and is in time.
