She has also tendered copy of the order dated 3rd March, 2016 passed by this Court (M.S. Sonak, J.) in Writ Petition No.11380 of 2014 with C.A. No.2898 of 2014. The consent terms and the order are taken on record and marked "A Colly" for identification. Ms. Sorkkar also tendered praecipie dated 22nd March, 2019 and photo copy of the e-mail sent by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to the respondent. Copy of which is also sent to the petitioner. The same is taken on record and marked "B colly".

Ms. Sorkkar states that the petitioner is present in the Court. She has tendered photo copy of her "Aadhar Card", which is taken on record and marked "C" for identification.

Ms. Sorkkar seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.Mr. Joshi has no objection. On the motion made by Ms. Sorkkar, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
