Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By an order dated 18th October, 2023 this Court had granted interim bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of the directions contained in the said order, the applicant had appeared before the investigating officer. The learned APP, on the instructions of the investigating officer who is present in the Court, concurs.

Having regard to the nature of the accusations and the facts that the applicant is a lady, her husband who was allegedly managing the affairs of the firm, was arrested, the applicant appears to have roots in society and possibility of fleeing away from Vishal Parekar ...1

12-aba-2872-2023.doc justice and tampering with the evidence appears to be remote, I am impelled to make the order of interim bail absolute. 5.

The order of interim bail dated 18th October, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 6.

In addition, the applicant shall cooperate with the investigation and attend Ranjangaon MIDC police station as and when directed.

7.

The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

8.

It is clarified that these prima facie observations are confined to determine entitlement to pre-arrest bail only. Application disposed.
